English-speaking Friends, Welcome to La Riaudais, a sweet and quiet cottage in the country that will accomodate 15 to 30 people. We are only 7 miles from the ocean and are located in the middle of the “Côtes D’armor.” There are many historical places to see in the area such as St. Malo, Moncontour, and la Roche Jagu’s chateau. The beaches nearby include les Rosaires and Binic. Within easy traveling distance, there are many natural scenic places such as le Cap Fréhel, Plouha and the granite rose coast (Perros Guirrec and nearby île de Bréhat.) The guesthouse adjoins the main house and has 2 private entrances. There is a small playground in a large garden with a swing-set, a badminton set, an English football goal and a pedal-car for children to play with. There are also outdoor grilling and eating facilities directly next to the guesthouse. Inside, there are 8 bedrooms (3767 square feet.) Each of the 5 bathroms has its own shower and toilet. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, and laundry facilities (all dishes and cookware are provided.) Or, if you prefer, you can have us prepare your meals for a small fee.
